attentive staff comfortable bed perfect location
The staff was very attentive! They were also kind! The bed was super comfy. The location is also perfect, just a few minutes from downtown. I really enjoyed the free drink tickets offered. The rooftop had great drinks!
The hotel didn't clean the rooms every day! Some installations needed a little work, too.

the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. the location proved perfect for walking to the major tourist spots. the restaurant and coffee shop provided delicious options.
hairs were present in the bathroom when i checked in. housekeeping did not replenish coffee supplies or empty the bin in my room. i was unable to access the rooftop bar due to private events (this was a disappointment).
