Really good experience in the heart of the city

The hotel's proximity to many restaurants and shops was convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me. I also found the self-check-in kiosk very efficient and easy to use, even though staff assisted when needed. The staff sent a watch to Tokyo. It was forgotten in the room.

The hallway on my floor had a noticeable sushi odor that persisted. It could have used attention.

The staff demonstrated high levels of courtesy. The team helped with a lost item recovery and shipment. Staff assistance was prompt, even with the self-check-in system.

The rooms provided ample space and comfort. A separate toilet and bathroom design eased preparation for two. The beds offered really good comfort after a long day exploring. The rooms were quiet which enhanced relaxation.

The location was convenient, near several metro stops..

The self check-in process was not smooth. I had to re-enter a lot of information without a keyboard, writing each character individually, which the system did not recognize well. Eventually, I required assistance from a human staff member since the dinosaur robots were unhelpful. the dryer did not work well. My clothes were still quite damp after I spent money on it.

i could securely store my luggage in the foyer before check in time. my daughter really liked the dinosaurs in the lobby. the location was central to everything. lawsons was a very short walk away.

the self check in system required me to re-input information without a keyboard. i needed a human to help me. the dinosaurs at the front desk offered no help.

the hotel had a washing machine in the lobby area this was useful. i found it central to everything i needed. the room was quite large for the area i was in. my suitcases fit under the bed i had this space for storage.

the check-in process was not smooth the first time i tried. i had to call staff to solve it for me. there was difficulty reading my passport and payment information so i needed help. the communication with staff was mostly through translation software this was not easy.
