Balanced stay overall
fine view good food ideal size missing tiles unavailable towel impersonal service
I found a great view from all around the hotel. I stayed in the king room island viewwith the perfect size. Food and drinks were consistently good and a rum punch in the early evening was ideal after a day in the sun.
I noticed missing tiles in the pools. This is not good. Pool towels were often not available and required repeated requests. I was asked to pay immediately upon receiving my drink at the pool bar (this felt impersonal).

missing tiles slow service
The pool area looks nice, BUT some tiles were missing. These missing tiles scratched my legs (it REALLY annoyed me). Another thing I DIDN'T like was that the poolside service was slow. Getting a drink took forever.
