a solid hotel stay
beautiful grounds friendly staff good food outdated furniture non-working tv unanswered phone
the grounds were beautiful with plenty of greenery. my room included a balcony that had nice views. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast and lunch at the poolside restaurant were quite good.
my room's furniture seemed a little outdated. the tv in the main room wasn't working when i arrived. i had to walk down to the front desk a couple of times because no one answered the phone.

spacious layout comfy bed lovely reception
the apartment had a spacious layout with everything needed. the bed and pillows felt very comfy after the long flight. the reception welcome was lovely, too.
the hotel restaurant close relatively early at 3 pm everyday.

a quiet hotel stay
helpful staff complimentary drinks easy transition
i am thankful for the hotel staff. they helped me with my bags when i transition between rooms. it made traveling with a baby easier. i also appreciate the complimentary drinks offered while i waited near the pool restaurant.
the kitchen area did get very hot. it was because the a/c only in the bedroom. it made cooking uncomfortable.

good escape peaceful retreat serene start unattended desk limited channels
i found the gardens to be a good escape, a peaceful retreat. breakfast near the pool started my days wonderfully. it seemed like a serene start to my island adventures.
i noticed the front desk was sometimes unattended. i often had to walk around to find someone. the tv had limited channels, and i wished for more variety during my downtime.

an admirable experience
attentive staff wonderful view
i found the staff quite attentive to all needs. the hilltop location provided a wonderful view. a staff member assisted with luggage, something i appreciated greatly. the area's safety and the friendliness of the people.
The restaurant had limited hours. It closes at 3pm. this lack of extended service hours should be more clearly communicated. it would prevent unexpected closures when guests arrive seeking service.

the hotel is close to excellent beaches and restaurants. grand anse beach is easily accessible, as is the nearby shopping mall with its supermarket. the location provides convenient access to both relaxation and necessary amenities.
