damp carpet unanswered calls
The breakfast buffet offered many options THAT were adequate.
My room felt quite outdated. The damp carpet and MUSTY smell were noticeable. I found this unsatisfactory. I also tried to contact the front desk multiple times, BUT my calls went unanswered on that evening.

The hotel staff helped me promptly when I needed it. I appreciated the variety of options available for breakfast. The gym had modern equipment available 24 hours.
The television volume was sometimes difficult to adjust.

solid choice with good facilities
spacious pool local crafts useful gym convenient atm
i found the pool quite spacious. it was a good size for swimming and relaxation. the on-site souvenir shop offered a selection of local crafts. the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes (useful for a quick workout). i appreciated the availability of an atm, made getting cash convenient.
the elevators seemed somewhat slow during peak hours.

The hotel features a well kept pool and a functional gym, alongside essential amenities like an atm and souvenir shop. the grounds were stately and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the on-site security.

the hotel is near the botanical garden. its location is a bit elevated, providing good views. accessing the city center required a short taxi ride or a longer walk (about 40 minutes to the airport).

the staff at the front desk provided cute service. they were attentive to my needs throughout my stay. i observed that several staff members consistently were really good too ensure guest satisfaction.

the breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of options. the on-site bar and restaurant stayed open from morning until late. i found the quality of the food to be consistently good (especially the local dishes!).
