I found the staff to be helpful. Joshua and sudhaa made check-in smooth and shared great local recommendations. nate, the doorman, was also very accommodating. aya and shanyce at the coffee area recommended fantastic drinks (my wife and i were impressed).

my room was modern and clean. the brix guest room with two queen beds provided ample space (more than expected). i enjoyed a amazing view from my room.

The staff consistently were really nice too ensure guest satisfaction. the customer service stood out. Every request was addressed promptly and efficiently. i felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay.

the room was clean enough but it lacked robes for both my spouse and me i asked a staff member for them they said they were bringing them but the robes never arrived the meals and drinks seemed overpriced the customer service was mediocre i expected better for what i paid
