East Winds provides cottage-style suites, including Superior Cottages, Deluxe Cottages, and Oceanfront Suites. Superior Cottages are located near the pool, beach, restaurant, and bars, each featuring a shaded patio. Deluxe Cottages are close to the pool and beach, with a sunken shower leading to a private garden and a covered terrace. Oceanfront Suites are situated next to the beach and include a private patio; they also feature an open lounge, dressing room, and an outside shower. The Oceanfront Rooms have a private patio and a weatherproof balcony. All rooms include air conditioning, a coffee machine and feature garden or sea views.
Culinary Experience
The beachside restaurant sources fresh ingredients from Saint Lucia, with daily seafood offerings. The main oceanfront restaurant provides table service for every meal. Breakfast and lunch are buffet-style, while dinner is a silver service experience. The resort provides a four-course menu designed by the Executive Chef using fresh ingredients. Guests can meet with the Executive Chef to discuss specific menu needs. Throughout the week, guests can watch Chefs prepare food at Sugar Pot Barbecue. East Winds provides an all-day light fare menu. A highlight of breakfast is hot entrees prepared in an open-air grill.
Leisure and Wellness
East Winds offers activities, including yoga, kayaking, birdwatching, rum tasting, snorkeling, and cooking classes. Guests can use the Yoga Pavilion for personal practice and meditation. The Garden Spa offers natural, organic treatments. Treatments are 60 minutes, with the exception of special manicure & pedicure (1 hr and 15 minutes) and the speedy clean and polish (40 minutes). Treatments include a palm stroking massage using Rosewood and Tangerine essential oils, and wonderful facials. The resort also offers pilates classes and a scenic walking trail. Nikita leads morning pilates classes on Tuesday and Saturday. Jill leads therapeutic morning yoga classes on Wednesday and Friday. Simeon leads guided walks through the resort property on Tuesdays. A self-service swim-up bar is a place for people to gather, go for a swim and enjoy the serenity of being surrounded by lush garden

East Winds offers a private chauffeur service and can arrange transportation to destinations, driving tours, and airport transfers. Guests can request breakfast or lunch hampers for day excursions 24 hours in advance. The resort provides a wedding team, including a Wedding Planner, Executive Chef, and Head Gardner. Services also include pre-dinner cocktail and champagne receptions, gourmet dinners with live piano music, and live band performances with firework displays on the beach.
