Each room includes a 40-inch or larger TV, video-on-demand service with 300 titles, Wi-Fi, and LAN. Certain rooms feature a two-meter-wide double bed, a separate shower booth, and a marble bathroom. Some suites include a whirlpool bath. Guests on the 32nd to 34th floors receive exclusive services. All rooms have air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. The hotel provides baby beds free of charge.

The hotel has 10 restaurants, offering Japanese, Asian, and European cuisine. MINOKICHI TAKESHIGERO, located on the 25th floor, serves Japanese breakfasts. Restaurant MALMAISON offers Western breakfasts. Guests can choose from Dilmah tea. Room service is available around the clock, with breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Japanese and Western). Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Late-evening snacks are available from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Fitness and Wellness
Guests have one complimentary use of the Chayamachi Fitness Club (regular price: 3,300 yen per use). Subsequent uses are available at a discounted price of 1,650 yen. The fitness club is not open to children under 18 and those with tattoos. The Chayamachi Fitness Club's hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Sundays and Holidays 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Prime Location
Hotel Hankyu International is in Umeda, Osaka City, in the retail and commercial district. Arima Hot Springs is an hour's bus ride away. The Kuchu-Teien Observatory is approximately a 15-minute walk. Takarazuka Revue is about 50 minutes via the express service on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line. An airport limousine bus departs from Kansai International Airport and Osaka International Airport, about a 5-minute walk from the southern entrance of Osaka New Hankyu Hotel.

The hotel concierge provides information about facilities for children. Ladies' restrooms with a table for changing diapers are on the banquet hall floors. Room service is available around the clock. The hotel offers complimentary valet parking for one vehicle for one night per room and luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The parking fee is ￥3,000/night until 3:00 p.m. on the day of departure. An additional ￥1,000 is charged for parking from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
