Really good Service and Comfort

I was pleased with the large room size. The room easily accommodated two full beds and one twin bed. Every personal item in the room was designed for three people's comfort I felt spoiled by the staff's service-oriented attitude. I also appreciated the attention to detail.

The restaurant's smell near the hotel entrance was not very pleasant. I wished the hotel could do something about it. The old fashioned interior design made the hall to the rooms look drab and a bit scary. I seemed like some wall decors could improve it.

The staff was helpful and personally directed us outside, giving us clear directions. Their service oriented approach and extreme attention to detail surpassed my expectations. They were notably skilled at communicating in english.

The room was large enough to fit three adults comfortably it also offered a lovely view. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable and quiet.

the service here is friendly and efficient. i called for ice and it arrived quickly, in under five minutes. the room was large, clean, and well-stocked with amenities. the daily breakfast was also good!

i noticed the gym had limited equipment and facilities. the opening time was also quite late, a little inconvenient.

The hotel's location was convenient near hankyu osaka-umeda station. This made it easy to explore. the room i stayed in was spacious and the view from the upper floors was magnificent, offering a great skyline. i also really appreciated that the staff promptly contacted me when i misplaced my phone and returned it quickly. the executive floor buffet impressed me with its great options and attentive staff.

the hotel has an older design, giving the hallways a somewhat dated feel.
