the staff was very helpful. they were nice when i ask for a different room because i had the 'wall view'. the rooms are nice and clean. i liked it a lot.

the room was small. the bed says large bed but is very tiny and uncomfortable. fitting two suitcases meant we couldn't walk freely in the room.

The hotel is very close to the metro station. This proximity made getting around simple.

subway lines nice touch

the hotel is near two subway lines. this detail made getting around easy.

the dryer in the laundry room did not work well. i really needed to dry some clothes so that was a little frustrating.

The room had good space for a couple. They offer luggage storage and helped send luggage to the next hotel, very helpful. Toiletries were provided. Public transportation was close. This was one of my favorite hotels.

The bathroom smelled rancid for the first couple of nights. I believe there were drainage issues.

the room was super clean , and i found the wifi to be fast. the staff was both helpful and kind. the hotel's proximity to the metro station simplified moving around the area a lot.

it was an unpleasant surprise to learn i should buy water from the water dispenser on the floor.

friendly staff metro station coffee machine slow wifi

the staff were very friendly and accommodating i needed to store luggage and it was available complimentary. i liked it was just a few minutes walking to a metro station so it was easy to go anywhere.

there wasn't a coffee machine which i would expect in a hotel. also, the wifi in my room was very slow so i got disconnected most of the time
