The location is convenient to the public transport hub. It is near a place for shopping and dining.

My request for a slightly late check-out was denied. They wanted to charge me extra. IT WAS unlike what other hotels do. I shortened my shopping trip because of this. The entire situation left me feeling VERY annoyed.

i found the hotel close to the train station. reaching the airport bus station was also very easy. the staff stored our luggage after we sent it from tokyo, very helpful.

the room felt quite small for unpacking. there wasn't much space to properly open my suitcase.

I found the location convenient , especially with the train station so close. The availability of a water refill machine on each floor was very useful. The clean and spacious three-beds room suited my family well. I also appreciated the proximity to many restaurants and shops.

The room had limited space, making it difficult to fully open my suitcase.

The three-beds room had sufficient space for our family , and I found it clean upon arrival. The hotel provided amenities that ensured a comfortable stay, which I very much valued. Regular cleaning was performed daily , keeping the space tidy.

The hotel features a breakfast buffet that includes both Asian and international dishes. I found the variety satisfying, and there were many options to choose from. The nearby Kitte-Osaka mall offers even more dining choices.

Staff members were nice , even when there were language differences. I appreciated their efforts to accommodate my requests and provide assistance. I could get tea from reception , and I also found it very helpful.

The hotel is near the Airport Limousine Bus stop. It is also close to the train station. This makes it accessible to many places. A coin laundry is on the premises, which I appreciate.

The room was small. It was difficult to open my large luggage. I think there was not enough storage space.
