All 200 rooms at Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake include 24-hour room service, premium bedding, pillow menus, and laptop-friendly workspaces. Rooms feature elegant furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room provides comforts such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a dressing area, a dining table, and garden furniture. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Bathrooms offer free toiletries and electric kettles. Room types range from double and twin rooms to suites, all with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and city views. Some rooms feature a hot tub and executive lounge access. Bathrooms include bathrobes, walk-in showers, baths, and hairdryers. Suites are 60 square metres and include a coffee machine, complimentary internet, and Hermes amenities. Select suites feature hot tubs and spa baths.
