Half Moon Blue Hotel features eight suites and a penthouse loft overlooking Bacolet Bay. Colonial-style suites offer jalousie windows and doors that open to verandas. Each room is individually styled and equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a safe. Rooms include a plasma TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, and a minibar. Bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. Balconies provide views, some extending to Trinidad. The superior penthouse is spacious and offers panoramic sea views, one large double bed and one extra-large double bed, mosquito nets, high ceilings, large windows, bright decor, a plasma TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, and an iPod dock.

The hotel's Havana Bar and Restaurant serves local and international cuisine with seafood platters and home-made breads.
