I encountered an issue with the in-room amenities. The mini-bar was not stocked as expected. several items listed on the menu were unavailable, disrupting my plans. a more reliable and comprehensive selection would be beneficial.

great location friendly staff long check-in high cost

the hotel location is amazing. it is right in the heart of the city. i found the staff friendly and ready to welcome us (which i always appreciate). the room was already prepared upon my arrival.

i selected this hotel as it had very positive reviews. however, the check in wasn't very smooth. it took longer than usual. i would have hoped for more than one reception person available during peak check in. we opted not to have breakfast, as the cost was a bit more than we had expected.
