Amazing Stay Near the British Museum!

Check-in was seamless thanks to the friendly gentleman at reception! The room was really spacious, especially the bathroom. I super loved the kitchenette. Such a nice bonus. Breakfast had many options and it tasted amazing!
The room decor looked slightly dated to me.

The hotel has a great location near the British Museum. My room included a mini-kitchen. The staff was helpful and attentive.
The lift was out of service . My room was three flights up. The stairs had uneven steps, difficult to climb.

the location suited my needs well , near many amenities. I found the staff very professional and eager to help. the Beautiful studio was spacious, providing ample room to unwind after work. the bed was especially comfortable , which meant restful sleep.
i found the check-in process a little slow. it involved filling out details on a tablet. a quicker , more streamlined process would be beneficial.

The room was quite spacious. I appreciated the kitchenette with its included plates and cutlery. The location was also convenient, with the Holborn tube station nearby and the West End shows within walking distance (a major plus!). I found it easy to get around.
There were no regular teabags in my room. Only Earl Grey was available. The hotel seemed a bit run down, noticeable. There also wasn't any sweetener or sugar. I would have appreciated these small additions.

i found a very professional staff. the location was perfect for visiting the british museum. the superior studio was oversize. it had a very comfortable bed and lots of storage.
the rooms are dated. it could do with a refurbishment and fresh decoration. there are no facilities on site. the main hotel is a couple of doors up.

A decent stay with some minor drawbacks

I found the location quite good. It was an easy walk to the British Museum. The room was spacious, which I appreciated. The bed was also firm and comfortable.
The lift was out of service during my entire stay on the third floor. I was offered assistance with my bags (a nice gesture). this would be a significant issue for anyone with mobility problems. The room also felt hot, even with the fans provided.
