Magical Stay with Unmatched Hospitality!

This hotel is a ten from the staff to the decor! Every detail is great. I love the food and cleanliness. The hospitality is unmatched, Alfonso was a lifesaver for me. I loved that the hotel has a shuttle. It brings you around, and it is also very close to Positano, so you can miss the chaos.

My one issue was the room. It was like a cave. But the great views made up for it!

The breakfast had a amazing sea view, a great ritual every morning. The waiters were attentive and greeted us with a warm smile, made the meal enjoyable. Every detail was considered.

This location has views. The hotel is not near the hustle. It is still close to towns to visit. The hotel water taxi makes visiting easy. There is a free hotel shuttle for trips to restaurants.

i found the front desk team very helpful. they booked all transfers, including boat and car services. restaurant reservations were also made flawlessly. the included breakfast was superb (the pastries were delicious!).

the hotel offers amazing views. the setting between the sky and sea is magical. the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle into town, very convenient.

the beautiful double room with a terrace had ample space. it featured a modern bathroom. rooms are equipped with air conditioning to easily adjust the temperature. the rooms are very clean.

most staff members were friendly and helpful. they assisted with all our needs in english. the team's kindness and care. the hotel even provided a complimentary end-of-summer dinner.

the breakfast had made-to-order coffee (dairy alternatives available). there were many pastries available. the hotel has two excellent restaurants, including one offering delicious pizza. wonderful views are visible throughout the hotel during meals.
