Some Issues Detracted from the Stay

The location was good for exploring the city.

The bathroom sliding door offered little privacy. I could clearly hear noises coming from the bathroom, annoying (I never experienced anything like that before). I was overcharged and had to wait a week for the refund to reappear in my account, frustrating. A deposit was also secured on my card, resulting in a significant amount being blocked.

I appreciated the updated facilities and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the central location made exploring very easy with public transport options close. the breakfast had fresh ingredients. The live cooking station for omelets was a nice touch.

though they quieted down later in the evening. the noise disrupted my peace.

the room was super clean and tidy. the bed was comfy and massive! they had a pillow menu. the staff were lovely and helpful. i found the location to the city and convention center superb, and the food from the restaurant was delicious. the breakfasts were filling and well laid out.

The design means several rooms get zero natural light. That was pretty sad

mixed feelings about my stay

bathroom doorprivacy issue

i had some problems. the bathroom sliding door was awful!!! you could hear everything. there was no privacy. it was so annoying. i expected more from a hotel like this.
