the staff was friendly, calling a cab with a smile. the room (studio king room) was decent and clean. its walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and the waterfront was a plus. the central location was convenient (i did appreciate that).
parking was somewhat limited. i arrived at 2 pm and was told no parking was available. i found nearby parking, but it proved quite expensive (more than i expected).

the breakfast included good options. the buffet had a nice selection of items. the cooked food was fresh and tasty (i enjoyed the variety).

the staff provided assistance calling a cab for us. they were also friendly and helpful with directions. everyone greeted us with a smile (it was charming).

the bathroom was really small i think. there wasn't space to put anything and the tv, i expect it have sky facility at least. the staff in the restaurant, they are not helpful and giving us paper plates to eat off. i don't think that's acceptable.

i was kinda surprised by several aspects. the room had black-out curtains ensuring restful sleep. breakfast offered various choices like fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the staff provided efficient and attentive service, promptly addressing any queries i had.
i did notice the gym equipment was slightly worn.

the hotel is near the sky tower and several shops. it is within walking distance of the harbour and viaduct area.. the bus stop is very close and offers quick access to other areas.

i found the breakfast buffet included a selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot items, which gave a satisfying start to the day. the on-site bar offered a range of drinks, and the service was quick and polite.

i got an early check-in, which i really appreciated. the room was a studio king room and it was so spacious and clean! the shower was great. it was so nice to be right near sky city, getting around was simple.
the air conditioning unit was quite loud, it made sleeping a bit difficult.

the reception staff were helpful and friendly, they readily answered my questions. i found them to be efficient, always smiling and willing to assist with directions and requests. the staff helped.

my room had two separate sinks, convenient. it also included a rainfall shower and toiletries were provided. the bed was large and comfortable. a good night's sleep was had here though there was noise.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was well-equipped. there were vending machines selling snacks and drinks, a nice addition. the pool area was clean and well kept. it was a great area.

Breakfast included a variety of hot and cold options. there was a selection of pastries, cereals and fruit available. the restaurant staff were attentive and the dining area was kept clean. breakfast was good. The coffee was nice.
