Great City Stay!
fantastic location helpful staff great room service fresh smell
This hotel has a fantastic location! Queen Street is just steps away. A convenience store is right across the street. The hotel smelled fresh, and I found the staff super helpful. I definitely made use of the great room service.
The room decor seemed a little basic, though that didn't impact my stay much.

Room service delivered promptly and the food was hot. There were menus available in the room with several choices. Options covered everything, ranging from light snacks to full meals, meeting various dietary preferences.

Really good City Stay
shower facilities early arrival efficient service
The staff kindly offered shower facilities upon our early arrival, a gesture I found very thoughtful. The room was ready earlier than expected. I received a message promptly. I appreciated the efficient service and smooth check-in process. I got a late checkout with no issue. I liked the little added perks, like the welcome drinks.

central location clean room
The location proved central to all our needs. transport options were close, offering plenty of choices. the room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette simplified meal preparation. i found the availability of transport quite useful.
i found that the central heating did not work. there was an extra heater in the wardrobe, but the rooms stayed cold. i ended up using extra blankets to stay warm. i hope they fix it soon

small room limited space
the location was indeed quite central.
i found some issues . the room felt a bit small, especially with two large suitcases. there was not much space to open them properly (a bit frustrating, honestly).

Easy and Central
central location super clean room luxury apartment
I found the location excellent for accessing central areas. The super clean room was thoroughly cleaned, very important to me. The comfy bed was faultless. It was a good luxury apartment right in the center.
The gym was nice. The pool was too. But I thought the gym could use some newer equipment.

The heated pool is open until 10 PM and that is a bonus. A gym is on-site. This includes treadmills and weights. Valet parking is available.

long waits elevator problem
The location was acceptable , right in the city center.
There was a major problem with the elevators. I experienced very long waits. There was no public staircase available either.

The room had laundry facilities I found this very useful. Its central city location meant the train station was only minutes away. The hotel provided apartment-style rooms with one bedroom.
The gym only has limited equipment.
