This hotel has a fantastic location! Queen Street is just steps away. A convenience store is right across the street. The hotel smelled fresh, and I found the staff super helpful. I definitely made use of the great room service.
The room decor seemed a little basic, though that didn't impact my stay much.

The location proved central to all our needs. transport options were close, offering plenty of choices. the room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette simplified meal preparation. i found the availability of transport quite useful.
i found that the central heating did not work. there was an extra heater in the wardrobe, but the rooms stayed cold. i ended up using extra blankets to stay warm. i hope they fix it soon

I found the location excellent for accessing central areas. The super clean room was thoroughly cleaned, very important to me. The comfy bed was faultless. It was a good luxury apartment right in the center.
The gym was nice. The pool was too. But I thought the gym could use some newer equipment.
