railway station breakfast option helpful staff easy change
i stayed in this building. it was close TO the railway station. the breakfast included a lot of OPTIONS. the staff was willing to help me with changes to my reservation.
The room cleaning was not great. They did not empty THE waste basket.

i found the reception staff very helpful. they gave clear directions, printed necessary documents, and arranged taxis for me. breakfast offered great variety! the location was excellent with easy access to transport.

i was happily surprised the rooms were renovated recently. the staff at the reception were friendly and spoke perfect english. i received two bowls and a toy for my dog, super nice. there is a park nearby for daily walks.
a lot of noise occurred at night, and i found few toiletries.

the hotel provides very easy access if using the bus system in czechia. it sits across the street from the main station. the position is great for explore the area.

odd room shape mildew smell
the location was convenient near the train station. it made getting around easier.
the room's shape felt off due to a large pillar. the lack of decor added to a stuffy feeling caused by dark brown curtains. i also noticed a mildew smell coming from the shower drain.

complimentary upgrade modern decor convenient amenities central location
i received a complimentary upgrade to a better room. the room featured modern decor and comfortable beds. i appreciated the provided amenities like slippers and toiletries. the hotel's proximity to the main attractions proved very convenient for exploring the city.
The breakfast was somewhat expensive. The price per person surprised me, although the quality made up for it.
