the room was not clean i noticed shoe prints all over the floor i reported it the staff sent someone to clean it but they only cleaned one spot it was still dirty the other days the breakfast lacked variety and quality

The hotel bakery is amazing, especially its croissants. I loved Shehab Mahmoud and Hamdey, they provided friendly service. The hotel has excellent service and amenities. The bar staff, especially Mr Khaled, were great.

The gym is small and some machines seems to be old.

Front Office Manager Mr Osama helped us with our checkout. Front Office Executive Ms Malek showed excellent hospitality. Mr Ahmed in reception and MrAli in concierge always helped me with a smile.

The hotel is in the Zamalek Area near the NILE River. Rooms are comfy with great upholstery. I got one with a balcony overlooking the Nile River. The building is surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Breakfast had a selection of buffets, Mr Basam provided great service. I had good time at breakfast. I love croissants, coffee and omelettes and Chef and Zeyad yossef and waiter and Aamal gave kind service.
