The lebanese restaurant food was amazing!!! the staff were especially nice. The cleaning staff were great. omnia at reception greeted me with a smile. I found this very cute. i would definitely come again.
some places need a refresh, like the rooms.

the rooms were impeccably clean. I noticed they were also very spacious, a big plus for me. the staff was always cute and professional, always ready to assist with anything i needed. i found the service exceeded my expectations.
i did notice a small issue, the soundproofing isn't perfect, so i occasionally heard noise from the hallway.

I noticed many places to eat on site. There are also lounges available. a bank is conveniently located within the premises, as is a convenience store. a golf cart service helps move around the extensive grounds very quickly.

breakfast included various options, and was sufficiently rich. i saw many spacious and cute common areas near the dining hall. the staff ensures a very friendly environment, which improves the dining experience significantly. generally, the dining service was very efficient.

the general area is very quiet, i was impressed. security measures are in place, increasing comfort and safety, also very excellent. the grounds have really good gardens with lots of space to walk and relax. its central location is a notable benefit.

i received a room upgrade, a very positive surprise. the rooms have many amenities. the available balconies offer a nice extension to the living space and fresh air. the rooms also get cleaned and maintained regularly.
