falling off sockets marked walls

the location was perfect with its view of the pyramids. it was what i expected.

our rooms condition really annoyed me. some sockets were falling off. the walls were full of marks. it was really disappointing.

rooftop restaurant good breakfast pyramids complex broken shower single beds

the location IS very nice. The hotel is near the pyramids complex ticket office (super convenient!). The rooftop restaurant has fantastic views of the pyramids and served a good breakfast.

the shower head in my room was broken. The hotel initially provided two single beds, instead of one double bed (that WAS annoying).

mixed experience, some issues need attention

stained towels missed pickup

the cleanliness was not up to standard. the towels was stained and used. additionally, the promised airport pickup never materialized, and i was left stranded to find my own transportation at night.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room Conditions

thin walls terrible noise

The location is undeniably convenient for visiting the pyramids.

I booked a room with a specific view, but upon arrival, I got a room facing an electrical shaft. The noise was terrible as the walls are thin. I heard chairs scraping and doors slamming all night.
