I loved the location. The metro was super close. i could walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful, friendly, and always available with a smile. karmella provided amazing recommendations!!!

the rooftop area seemed to need a bit more cleaning, and i noticed some leaves in the pool.

the room wasn't as clean as i expected the floor had some stains and the toilet wasn't super clean either the coffee machine didn't even work i had to go downstairs to reception to report it because the phone in the room didn't connect to the lobby there was no water in the morning i wasn't informed of this beforehand

the breakfast experience really tainted my stay. each morning, i arrived just before 10am and they charged me 22 euros. many trays were empty and staff took ages to replenish them. one morning i waited like 20 minutes for eggs. the catering department is obviously mis-managed.
