a reasonable stay

the room was clean. bar staff was friendly and drinks tasted amazing. i appreciated that the staff welcomed everyone so kindly.

i saw hairs floating around and what looked like oil or sunscreen. also, i thought the pool water looked green and not clear.

I loved the location. The metro was super close. i could walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful, friendly, and always available with a smile. karmella provided amazing recommendations!!!

the rooftop area seemed to need a bit more cleaning, and i noticed some leaves in the pool.

The room was very clean. The rooftop bar provided wonderful views (it was especially nice in the evening). I liked the pool, complete with sun loungers.

The room had a problem with humidity. This. The staff seemed a bit unaccommodating at times. The room service menu lacked drinks.

stained floor broken machine

the room wasn't as clean as i expected the floor had some stains and the toilet wasn't super clean either the coffee machine didn't even work i had to go downstairs to reception to report it because the phone in the room didn't connect to the lobby there was no water in the morning i wasn't informed of this beforehand

empty trays mis-managed catering

the breakfast experience really tainted my stay. each morning, i arrived just before 10am and they charged me 22 euros. many trays were empty and staff took ages to replenish them. one morning i waited like 20 minutes for eggs. the catering department is obviously mis-managed.
