pat greeted me upon arrival and showed me to my room. he carried my bag. i found fresh towels and toiletries in the bathroom. the breakfast service was quick, and the food arrived hot and tasted good.

the room faced the street, so there was some noise early in the morning.

The hallway carpet HAD some stains. The bathroom fan sounded like a small jet engine. the advertised toiletries were those tiny, generic hotel soaps and shampoos, not the bougie stuff I expected based on other reviews. I suppose my room could use a bit more tlc.

pat greeted me warmly upon arrival the staff were helpful my room had fresh towels daily the breakfast included several choices. i had easy access to nearby attractions i found the premises to be very quiet. i enjoyed the peaceful garden space that allowed me to sit and relax. i appreciated the owner's attention to detail.

the shower pressure was lower than i prefered it could be improved to make for a better experience

The soundproofing was not effective. i could hear noise from other rooms. the bathroom was small. It lacked storage space. the parking was limited and often full.
