Getting to Glenalmond House from the A720 Edinburgh City bypass involves taking the A701 from the Straiton Junction. Local buses (3, 29, 31, 37 from Princes Street; 7, 8, 49 from North/South Bridge) provide transport. The Skylink bus service 300 no longer goes to the guest house, but the 100 Airport bus goes to the city center, where guests can transfer to a local bus.
