All staff were really friendly and helpful.
The comfort of the bed and pillows were really not good, the mattress itself was very hard. I reminded me of I was sleeping on a wooden floor, so when I woke up I had an aching back. The pillows weren't really pillows and felt very flat, so I had a sore neck.

spacious restaurantfriendly staff
the hotel offers a spacious bar and restaurant I noticed a good drop off area right in front the hotel also has easy walking distance into the city the rooms are of good size with comfortable beds. the staff members are cute and friendly making check-in and check-out simple and quick.
during my visit I found the air conditioning system to be a bit noisy. it required some effort to adjust settings for optimal comfort.

the breakfast offered a full english buffet with fresh juices and crossaints. the staff members i encountered were ALL very professional and maintained excellent attitudes.
the hotel gym had limited equipment.
