Patagonian Flavors at Restaurant
The hotel features 'El Mesón del Caulle' restaurant, located in the main building, that serves Patagonian flavors. The Valdivian rain forest offers gastronomic elements used to prepare recipes. The restaurant uses ingredients from the region, including myrtle, murta and maqui berries, mushrooms, native potatoes, shellfish from Valdivia, and vegetables cultivated in the greenhouse. It is located on the shores of Lake Ranco and near Puyehue National Park. The hotel is located in the Riñinahue valley, on the Ruta T-85 Km. 22. The park has two entrances: The Riñinahue entrance, where the hotel, restaurant and cafeteria are located and the Pitreño entrance (Mayo Mountain).
