excellent stay with minor issues

complete selection pool facilities

The breakfast offered a very complete selection. the staff was helpful and quick. i also enjoyed easy access to park tours from the hotel. It simplified planning. i appreciated the sauna and pool facilities after a long day. They were very clean.

the road leading to the hotel was not in good condition! it made arrival difficult. the main restaurant menu did not change between lunch and dinner. it felt repetitive.

Acceptable stay with a few issues

noisy airco restaurant availability

The hotel stuff was helpful.

My room was not great I had to take stairs since the elevator didn't go all the way up. The room was warm plus the portable airco was very noisy. Getting a table at the restaurant was IMPOSSIBLE and also treatments at the spa.

The breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! It included plenty of choices. I also received packed lunches for my day hikes. The swimming pool and spa were AMAZING.

The hotel is slightly expensive.

noisy air conditioner top floor

The staff treatment was acceptable.

The room I had was on the top floor, and the elevator did not reach it. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. The room was also very warm because it was under the roof. The portable air conditioner provided was too noisy to use at night.
