El Asador, in the property's 100-year-old former blacksmith's forge, features grilled meats, local fish, and traditional Chilean dishes. The Bar offers handcrafted cocktails and views of Patagonia. A breakfast is served with views of the Señoret Channel. El Asador is available for private events and groups only from Tuesday to Saturday.
