reception is open all day. staff was super attentive and worked hard to satisfy our requests. the staff at the reception was amazing. decoration and furniture is beautiful. staffs are good and helpful and understand our needs. location is great, just a short walk to bars and restaurants but quiet at night.
the sofa need a replace. you can feel springs. towels seem old. the room was not clean good especially the bathroom.

i purchased breakfast for cheap. it was part of a promotion they gave at check-in. the bar has delicious cocktails. the wagyu burger at the cafe tastes so good.

location is convenient. it is only 100 meters to soi bokao. the hotel provides a shutle service you can request. despite being close to everything the area is tranquil at night.

mixed feelings about my stay
inconsistent cleaningcold food
the room cleaning service was quite inconsistent. one day i received all the necessary towels, but the next day, some were missing. i asked for extra sugar for my coffee, but the request was not fulfilled consistently.. additionally, the restaurant's breakfast buffet did not impress me. the food was cold and did not seem worth the extra cost.
