convenient location easy access helpful staff
The hotel is steps away from a major shopping center, this made it so easy to find anything I needed. I appreciated the convenience of having a 7-Eleven right next door. Purchasing snacks and drinks was simple. The staff always helped with luggage.
The noise from nearby establishments was noticeable late at night.

The room featured a spacious bathroom with powerful water pressure and a good partition for the shower area. Air conditioning worked well. There was enough room in the hotel, it was decent.

the location is excellent near the central mall. the staff members were friendly and helpful. i found the room spacious and clean (it had everything i needed).
the tv picture quality was quite poor, as it seemed to still use an older analogue system.

i appreciated the quieter atmosphere due to the hotel's location up soi 9. the morning check-in staff were cheerful and helpful. my room was a decent size with the pool conveniently nearby. i found the proximity to the beach and a large shopping center very convenient.

I found the location very convenient. The central festival mall was just across the street. the beach was also a short walk away. a 7-eleven store was conveniently located next door to the hotel. the breakfast offered was both good and reasonably priced.
the hotel was a bit dated, but it did not significantly affect my stay.

i was close to the beach. central shopping center was also next door. i enjoyed being near everything. baht buses were easy to catch nearby.
the pool area felt a little too exposed. i longed for more lush greenery around.

Decent stay with a few drawbacks
helpful staff lounge chairs towel provision lift proximity net absence curtain issue
The staff was indeed friendly and helpful. The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs. Towels were provided near the pool, quite convenient (i liked that a lot).
I was allocated a room right next to the lift exit. People leaving the lift were looking straight into the room. There was no net on the curtains, so I had to keep them closed throughout the stay for privacy.
