Decent stay with a few drawbacks

The staff was indeed friendly and helpful. The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs. Towels were provided near the pool, quite convenient (i liked that a lot).
There was no net on the curtains, so I had to keep them closed throughout the stay for privacy.
