i found the staff very friendly. they were polite, and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. the hotel's location was also good! it's close to the beach, restaurants, and bars.
The swimming pool was a bit small for my taste! also, there wasn't much shade around the pool, except for some umbrellas, so it got pretty hot. smoking on the balconies made smoke come into my room through the air conditioning. It was pretty annoying.
