Zephyr Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, serving cappuccinos. The restaurant features alfresco dining with a modern Australian menu using local ingredients. It provides a selection of wines and beverages. Foxy's Bar & Cafe, located on the beachfront, offers a casual cafe-style food menu, including kids' meals and coffee. Takeaway meals, beer, and wine are available. The General Store, next to Foxy's, stocks packaged food, drinks, and general needs such as pies, sandwiches, ice cream, soft drinks, and sunblock. The Pool Bar also offers food and beverages.

Fitzroy Island provides activities such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, reef viewing, and trips to the Great Barrier Reef. Guests can relax on Welcome Bay and Nudey Beach. The Fitzroy Island Sports Hub is a PADI-accredited center, offering introductory dives and a PADI Rescue Diver course (2 days). Glass Bottom Boat Tours depart twice daily to view coral and marine life. The island features walking trails, including those to Welcome Bay, Nudey Beach, the Summit, and the historic lighthouse. The resort includes an outdoor pool with a swim-up bar and a children's playroom. Weekly activities and tours are scheduled for resort guests, including Junior Marine Biologist programs.
Location and Access
Fitzroy Island Resort is located 45 minutes from Cairns via the Fitzroy Flyer. The island is 65 km from Cairns. Fitzroy Island is near Fitzroy Island National Park, Nudey Beach, and Fitzroy Island. Transfers are available via the Fitzroy Flyer, departing from the Reef Fleet Terminal/Cairns Marlin Wharf at 1 Spence Street, Cairns. Secure moorings and anchorage are available for private vessels. The island is less than an hour from Cairns Airport.
