I found this resort part of a club, cute the public. it owns resorts worldwide. This one is a standout. i have stayed here multiple times. it is my favorite in australia. the location right on the beach is superb. the pool and restaurant area flow well, boasting comfortable chairs and views of the garden. the staff were friendly and super attentive. the pool offered floating chairs.

the beach access was awesome it was right there. free parking was available and that really helped me i could come and go easily.
the kettle looked old and used it was in a cabinet with a strange smell. there was no tea or coffee only sugar and milk portions

the rooms are spacious. the hotel is close to the beach (it's just a short walk). the pools are beautiful, and the beds felt very soft. i found the staff on reception helpful .
the parking felt dangerous because of the location off the main street. the building needs some repairs because there was water damage throughout.

The resort offers access to multiple pools. I saw people lounging and swimming. seating and lounging spots are available. the lap pool looked like it could use a thorough cleaning though, as i noticed some build-up on the sides.

The reception staff seemed quite helpful. They offered assistance with directions and information. i did hear another guest mention some confusion related to the receptionist's accent. overall, though, the service met my expectations.

the location is ideal as it is right by the beach, a short walk gives access. the hotel's proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy amazing views. strolling along the beach was something i enjoyed.

i found the food in the restaurant to be excellent. other guests were less impressed, though. i think the restaurant's quality can be hit or miss (perhaps depending on the day).

i stayed in a beachfront resort room. it was steps away from the beach. the bathroom shower had good pressure. the staff were kind and attentive.
the tv did not work. i called for assistance but the number provided was not working. the pool seemed a bit dirty when i arrived. the garden area looked old and run down.
