i found the reception staff excellent, always friendly and helpful. they enhance the guest experience. our room was spacious. it provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy swims and relaxation.
during my stay, there wasn't an elevator available , made moving luggage slightly difficult. i had to use stairs, a minor inconvenience.

the staff offered beach towels umbrellas and games all available without charge from reception. there were also shopping trolleys for convenience and i found this so useful. bug spray yoga mats and sunscreen were provided too adding a special touch to the stay.
i noticed the absence of an elevator which could be inconvenient with mobility issues or heavy luggage it would be a helpful addition.

the location was very close to the beach. this hotel is on the main street at the beach end. the foyer area has beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for beach use.. there's even a shower outside to wash off sand. i really appreciated that.
i found no elevator present. a snack machine was also absent. i did see an ocean view advertised, but barely any ocean was visible from my room.

The staff was super friendly. They were the best i've ever seen! this place is so close to the beautiful four mile beach! there is also a lovely hill track just behind the building. the bed felt very comfy and pillows were a perfect choice. it's such a perfect walk to all the shops cafes and restaurants.

The lack of an elevator was an issue. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. the promised ocean view was minimal. Barely any ocean was visible from my room. I expected a better view for the price I paid.
