acceptable stay with some issues
poor cleanliness worn decoration
the location offered quick access to the train station, a convenient feature. nearby were grocery stores and a variety of food options.
i encountered some issues . the cleanliness was lacking, and the decoration looked worn. the roller blind to the balcony door was filthy, and the internal glass was quite dirty. i also found used tissues on the sofa and discarded bottle caps upon arrival (a very unpleasant start).

The apartment location is FANTASTIC. Public transport is very close. I found restaurants, bars, and cafes all nearby. The location is ideal for a city visit.
Rooms need an update for sure. Door handles were loose. Showers were pretty ordinary. I think that hotels should not persist with baths.

I really appreciated the helpful staff. They addressed everything immediately. the two bedroom terrace apartment at adina surry hills was very clean. i found the location provided easy access to transport links. the well-equipped gym allowed for continuous workout routines .
i noticed the lift made slight shuddering noises at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, including central station and the light rail. It provides easy access to various parts of the area. several cafes, eateries, and supermarkets are within a short walk. i liked this area very much.

The apartment featured a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator and microwave. It helped a lot. a laundry alcove includes a top-loading washing machine and a dryer, very convenient for longer stays. each bedroom has a private bathroom.

bills restaurant is conveniently located downstairs, very practical. many restaurants, bars, and dessert shops are nearby and within a short walking distance from the hotel. i found it convenient and very helpful.

The reception staff were consistently cute and pleasant. They promptly addressed all our inquiries. housekeeping services maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the apartment. the team was so attentive to all our needs and requests.
