superb stay!

considerable cleanliness practical amenities comfortable chairs useful shuttle

The hotel exhibits considerable cleanliness. the room had practical amenities like pillow spray and foot cream. i found the pool area lovely, equipped with comfortable chairs and sun loungers. I appreciated the proximity to the beach. It took me only five minutes. the shuttle into valencia proved quite useful!

The gym was unavailable. It seemed a critical amenity remained closed. this affected my usual workout routine .

Daily housekeeping ensures fresh towels and bedding. the cleaning staff on the second floor were lovely. the staff was attentive. Their genuine kindness stood out. I found all interactions very pleasing!

the breakfast was acceptable.

The rooftop bar service was quite slow. Staff replaced drinks without informing me of the alterations. This was concerning since i have intolerances.

Very nice Hotel Experience!!!

helpful staff relaxing day

The staff was AMAZING!!! Everyone was polite and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and clean. The rooftop bar provided a fabulous way to end each relaxing day.

The car park ticket system did not work well. It was difficult to come and go. This made leaving the hotel for short trips inconvenient.

The hotel has an excellent location right on the beachfront. It is close to Valencia but provides a calm oasis. Some great beaches and local restaurants are easily accessible from here.

The rooms are decorated to a high standard. Every detail shows specification. They are very clean and include nice touches. Our room had great sea views and added to our overall experience.

The breakfast buffet was probably the best I have ever had. The restaurant and rooftop bar were great. It was all excellent. The food was of great quality and delicious.

The service was really lovely. The team could not do enough. Staff are polite, professional, and efficient. They would go out of their way to help you with anything you require.
