Hotel Elite has 35 rooms, offering single, double, and triple options. Single rooms have one single bed. Double rooms feature two single beds or one king-size bed. Triple rooms include two queen-size beds and one sofa bed. Each room has a desk with an ergonomic chair, a safe, heating, ironing facilities, a mini-refrigerator, a coffee/tea maker, a flat-screen TV with international cable/satellite channels, free broadband internet, and a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and magnifying mirror. A breakfast bag is available upon request for early departures.

The onsite restaurant serves traditional cuisine with seasonal menus that highlight local produce. Special meals include cheese and meat fondues, 'Beef Glareyarde' with homemade sauces, and 'Beef Wellington' Valaisan style. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday for lunch and Monday to Saturday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm for dinner. A daily set menu, featuring a starter, main course, and dessert or coffee, is available Monday to Friday during lunch. The restaurant also features a wine list with selections from the Valais region, France, Italy, and Argentina.
