The Nevaï provides rooms with rounded bed heads, matching rounded bedside tables, stylish touches of brass, and old oil paintings. Superior rooms are on the chalet's upper floors. Some superior rooms offer a south-facing terrace with Grand Combin peak views. Classic rooms include a king-size bed and a shower. The hotel features a restaurant serving local cuisine, a nightclub, and a cocktail bar. The bar on the first floor includes a wide terrace, velvet sofas, and an open fire. The onsite restaurant is managed by executive chef Greg Marchand, a Jamie Oliver protégé, with a menu of modern Swiss and French classics. Guests enter the restaurant, which has a sunken seating area, pistachio-green paneling, a fireplace, and moss-green velvet banquettes. A rustic buffet is available, plus a menu of hot dishes, including spicy avocado and eggs on sourdough. Much of the cheese, charcuterie, wine, and bread is sourced from the local area.
