Chetzeron overlooks the Rhone Valley and the Alpine summits, from the Matterhorn to Mont-Blanc. Chetzeron is 25 km from Sion. Nearby landmarks include Darnona (4.5 km), Etang Grenon (2 km), Casino Crans Montana (4 km), Lac d'Icogne (2.5 km), Art'Collections Museum (2 km), Etang Long (2.5 km) and Col du Pochet (3.5 km). Access to Chetzeron is by gondola lift and ski, with direct access to ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer. A transfer service aboard 4x4s is available at the end of the day. Only the latter are allowed to circulate on the forest road leading to the hotel. Crans-Montana is divided into three communes: Crans-Montana, Icogne, and Lens.

The lobby features furniture, a billiard table, reading corners with art and architecture books, and a fireplace. The building's exterior is covered with stones from the development of a ski slope. Glass wool insulation between the building wall and the exterior stone cladding reduces energy consumption and stores the sun's heat. The hotel has 200 m2 of photovoltaic solar panels installed on the roof. A 50 m2 meeting room is available with a capacity of 30 people. The water used is pumped from the Chermignon accumulation lake, fed by the Tseuzier dam. It qualifies as a building with very low energy consumption.
