convenient location hot water comfortable bed

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the room featured hot water at all times. the staff responded quickly to requests! the bed offered great comfort and contributed to a restful sleep.

The hotel has narrow stairs. i had to carry my luggage up four flights. That wasn't easy. there was no lift.

super stay near the pier!

comfy bed many channels quick walk

I had a very comfy bed! the tv had so many channels, i loved that! it's a quick walk to south pier, i timed it! the staff are lovely, i was really happy to chat with them. bentley fish and chips nearby comes recommended. It might be the best i have ever had!

I was meant to be in a double beautiful room! but the room felt more like a single. i had to ask for a fan, a clothes rail, and a hairdryer. That's not ideal.

Pleasant Stay Near the Beach

The location is AMAZING! It is a short walk to the Pleasure Beach. The room included basics like a double bed, tv, and bathroom with a shower. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee. a place to hang clothes. I found it ideal for a brief visit.

There was no milk, coffee, tea, or sugar upon arrival. I also couldn't find staff to request these items. It meant I couldn't have a drink when I wanted one.

The staff was super helpful when my door key broke. They fixed it right away! Bar prices are excellent. I found the owner very helpful and polite. It's close to everything, and the owner actively makes improvements!

I found the hotel room dirty. The bed had hairs, and the pillow covers had stains.
