Check-in was VERY seamless. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and professional. The room had comfortable beds and a fine pool view, especially at night. Dining experiences were AMAZING. Food was of such high quality, especially at the Italian restaurant. The pool area provided many seating options, with sunbeds and floating beds. We LOVED the great atmosphere with music and fun activities. Customer relations manager Effychios was always available. Angelo and Iordonis at the front desk were helpful.

I noticed that the evening entertainment lasted only a couple of hours. This may not suit ALL tastes.

The staff was polite and professional. Denia from Guest Relations was the SWEETEST and most helpful person I have ever met. Tania, Jordan, Betty, Aggeliky, Anna, George, and Alexandra also made our holiday special. ALL the wonderful people made our holiday bliss!

The gym had limited equipment. It could benefit from additional machines.

the hotel facilities are super clean. we liked that two of the pools are shallow. children can paddle in them without constant adult supervision. i could sit on the edge and watch them. the workers were helpful.

the main buffet restaurant needed more kid selections. i struggled with my two picky eaters there. also, many guests reserved sunbeds early and left them unoccupied all day. this felt unfair.

This hotel is beautiful and large. I enjoyed the pool and the plentiful sunbeds. The bakery and ice cream parlor are open all day in addition to scheduled meals. The food choice and the cleanliness were very good. My room was clean and felt lovely.

I found the plastic beakers used for tea and coffee in the morning was a bit bizarre.
