The staff were attentive and friendly. Rafael and Jessie specifically catered to my son's allergies throughout our stay. This was very thoughtful. Seva at the main drinks booth showed great energy. The lifeguards at the waterpark had great banter.
I thought the evening entertainment could be more kid-focused. It felt lacking. the lack of shade around the main pools was a concern. It.

i found the facilities fantastic the variety of pools catered to everyone. the buffet offered plenty of variety and the cocktails were better than a cocktail bar. the staff were friendly and quickly addressed any needs i had. it.
the gym did not have air conditioning so it was quite hot during workouts.

the hotel is near a village it is easily accessible by a short walk. this village offers many different things like shops bars and restaurants. the area had beautiful surroundings it made for enjoyable exploration.

the food quality was excellent in all restaurants. there were themed nights i enjoyed a lot. the room was cleaned to a high standard daily. the bed was made each day too.
the water park did not allow adults to supervise children on the slides. my child had to go down the slide alone which i found inappropriate. there weren't enough inflatable rafts for the slides.

the swim up pool was a good perk, it made mornings easy. having my own pool felt more exclusive than the main pool. the staff was friendly. they always tried to do their best.
the food was only average. it seemed very basic for a 5 star hotel. cooked breakfast was the worst, the quality was shocking in the buffet.

Unfortunately, there is no direct access from the swim-up pools to the bar. Guests will need to exit the pool area to reach the bar, which is conveniently located nearby.

The Premium Double swim-up room has been fully renovated and includes a Nespresso machine, whereas the standard Double swim-up room has undergone a soft renovation.
