i found the lack of fluent english speakers among the staff quite inconvenient , especially when trying to address issues. google translate became necessary to even order drinks , which is not what i expect. also , the taxis arranged by the hotel were a disaster , providing cars with no ac in extreme heat.

the location was really good. you're in a great spot for scenic sunsets! a short ride to the beaches and nestled between towns. the cable cars to mount babadag are super close. the food in the restaurant had good variety each day it always tasted great!

the room was small. it was nothing special for a 5 star hotel. the floors were filthy when i arrived! i had to lay down towels. the rose wine tasted like battery acid! also the spirits tasted watered down so cocktails were weak

I found the food to be GREAT. The entertainment team showed pride in their work. They worked hard to give a positive impact on the guests. The views from the hotel were also lovely.

The transfer to the sea runs at not very convenient times. But there is a taxi, costing about 7-10$ one way, so it wasn't a HUGE issue.
