The breakfast buffet was extensive with many choices, I thought. I found the location very convenient for train and bus travel because of its proximity. The staff was friendly and helpful, they provided super customer service. The hotel gave me a later check out to ensure I had good rest after a long day.

The hotel lacks air conditioning, I noticed. This was difficult because the weather was very hot and the fan offered was not adequate.

The breakfast offers many options, I observed, with fresh products and quality ingredients. Tables are available around the bar, I noticed, as well as in the veranda. Coffee and tea are always available, I could see, near reception.

The staff was friendly, I could see, and helpful with directions. The hotel offered a free upgrade, I appreciated that, and a fruit hamper to celebrate the anniversary. Staff provided a warm welcome, I noticed, and were readily available.

hot roommissing service

the room was hot because it was summer. some days i noticed there was no room cleaning service. this felt pretty inconvenient, particularly after long days out. i hoped for fresh towels, but they weren't always there.
