Excellent Stay, Location and Comfort

convenient location easy access spacious room
The location was convenient. I easily accessed buses and trains to the city centre. Hiking on nearby hills was straightforward. The room was spacious. I had all necessary amenities and my keys allowed unrestricted access at any time. It was like a private apartment, minus a kitchen.

broken window latch temperature fluctuation
The room was clean. That was acceptable.
The room had a broken window latch. this meant the window wouldn't close properly and cold air came in. i told someone at reception, but nothing happened. also, the shower temperature fluctuated wildly. it went from hot to cold without warning. It was quite annoying.
