Tallis and Grieg are in the Eaves with Velux windows, with en-suite shower rooms. Ellington is located on the lower ground floor with a private exit into the front garden and an en-suite shower room. Rossini, on the ground floor, has a private exit via double doors to the garden via the patio area and an en-suite shower room. Ravel has garden views on the first floor with en-suite shower. Gershwin is in the eaves with garden views on the second floor with en-suite shower. Elgar is situated on the first floor with views over Royal Crescent. Armstrong is located on the lower ground floor with the original brick wall exposed with an en-suite shower, flat screen TV, and hospitality tray. Solomon is located on the second floor and is in the eves of the house with views over to Royal Crescent, a flat screen TV and Hospitality Tray. Fournier is located on the Ground Floor with views over the front lawn and over towards the city, a flat screen T.V and Hospitality Tray. Cosy Double rooms have a standard double bed, feature fireplace and en-suite digital Shower room.
A cooked-to-order breakfast is served in the Orangery in the Japanese-inspired garden. The breakfast includes yoghurts, fresh fruit, Bath Cheeses, cereals, croissants, homemade preserves, fruit juices, and Bristol Coffee and Teas. Options include a Full English breakfast or Scottish Oak Smoked Salmon with free range Eggs.

Dorian House reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate without notice an individual's stay where deemed necessary. Free parking is provided for one vehicle from 2 PM on the arrival date until 11 AM on the departure date. Parking is on the steep driveway or opposite the B&B on four private spaces. Smoking is prohibited; smoking in a room triggers the fire system and incurs a £100.00 deep cleaning fee.
