Wonderful Stay with Attentive Service

The staff helped organize our luggage , because our previous accommodation did not accept it. This hotel accepted the luggage and kept it safe for us. The location provides easy access to a metro and a comfortable walk to the main downtown area, approximately 20 minutes to the Nishiki market area. The room was quite basic , but it was spacious.

The beds were not the most comfortable.

The room's cleanliness impressed me. It was spacious! I found it easy to reach both the main train station and the subway. The staff provided really good assistance when I asked for directions.

Street noise was noticeable, impacting sleep quality.. There was a window facing the corridor, and its curtain was insufficient. The light bothered me. The pillows are thin.
