convenient location consistent housekeeping
i stayed for a few nights and found the location convenient. it was close to public transport (i could easily reach various attractions) and the room was clean (the housekeeping service was consistent).
the gym equipment looked a bit outdated (but still functional).

the hotel room was spacious. it also was clean. the location was super convenient for sightseeing. i appreciated that the staff were all nice and helpful.
the ac in the elevators are freezing cold. this was very unpleasant.

breakfast had many japanese dishes. miso soup, fish, and rice were available. traditional side dishes were also offered. other breakfast options existed too.

the staff were nice and helpful. they provided excellent customer service. all requests were addressed promptly. i saw genuine effort to assist guests.

lovely hotel experience
water filter soft pyjamas laundry facilities
The room included a water filter, this helped reduce plastic waste. the complimentary pyjamas were soft. I loved wearing them. laundry facilities are available in the basement. Cycle times displayed on the tv were helpful. the staff were friendly and the welcome was very warm!
the air conditioning in the elevators was very cold. this made going between floors unpleasant

the breakfast choice was great, including live cooking. there were many western and japanese options.

The staff at the front desk spoke english very well. they offered a warm welcome upon arrival and throughout my stay. their help was always prompt. I appreciated this a lot.

clean room water pitcher public transport
the room was very clean. it included a filtered water pitcher instead of single-use bottles. the hotel is near public transport access points.
