Amazing Stay in a Charming City!

really good servicelarger roomperfect locationcomplimentary coffee
The staff provided really good service, they arranged to send my forgotten rings to my next stop in Tokyo. This simple act shows dedication. I found the room larger than average, a rare treat. The location is perfect. I was close to Nishiki Market and other attractions. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge.
I wish the windows had better blinds because the paper ones let in too much light.

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room. The room size easily accommodated my luggage. The bathroom had a modern design with a rainfall shower and separate vanity area. The air conditioning worked very well. It maintained a consistent cool temperature.
The paper blinds let in a lot of light. I used an eye mask.

The hotel location is advantageous with shops and dining options nearby. The room design was beautiful with great amenities. Enough space was available for luggage storage. The hotel provides free drinks at the cosy lounge.
I noticed a strange smell in the room during my entire stay. Stains marked the carpet. I found hairs in the shower plug hole. This was somewhat disgusting.
